In order to complete the production cycle, a system was designed and characterized for the field technicians.Since it is connected to a database that contains documentation of the same project (which also documented maintenance procedures and troubleshooting), the technician needs to enter the catalog number and all future maintenances that need to be performed are displayed. If a fault is discovered or a part is damaged, the system knows how to suggest the appropriate repair or inspection. This system is also based on the step-by-step work method, so the technician does not need to memorize how to fix the problem. The procedure is presented to them step-by-step.
1. To adapt the interface for field use (variable lighting, large touch areas).

1. Complete maintenance tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
2. Maintain perfect safety record and compliance.
1. Documentation system is cumbersome and often requires multiple logins.
2. Technical manuals can be difficult to navigate on small screens in variable lighting conditions.
3. Communication gaps between engineering teams and maintenance crews
After a search, the system displays the required maintenance procedures for that product (aircraft, car, printer, etc.), so the technician knows exactly which service needs to be performed and all the information for that service: tools, spare parts, and instructions presented step-by-step so they don't need to memorize or search through numerous documents and different systems. Everything is available for them in a single system that centralizes and consolidates all the information. Even in the case where a break or malfunction is discovered during maintenance, the system provides a solution through a questionnaire to identify symptoms and findings, and accordingly the appropriate repair.
